| About defective products |
| • We carefully inspect, pack, and ship all ordered items. However, if you receive a defective product, damaged goods during delivery, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. |
| • If you receive the wrong item or if the item is clearly damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. |
| • Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item (including weekends and holidays), providing photos of the item and a description of its condition. We will not be able to accept return or exchange requests after this period. |
